Spoiler alert... it is striving to be some kind of a bar and patio, with casual gathering/event space where the first floor restaurant used to be. The second floor is currently studio space filled with fabric and sewing machines, but may become residential down the line.

Susan and Jeff are the characters coaxing the building back into service, arm wrestling over how to weave old and new elements together in a building that has been many things over the past 150 years.

Especially if you are one of our neighbors, or if you have memories of the building in its previous incarnations, or hopes for its future.
